          What items are returnable? 

          • Within 30 days from the date of purchase
          • In unused and resellable condition
          • In the original packaging with all the tags intact (if applicable)
          • Items must be free of signs of washing, excessive wrinkling, deodorant marks, scent, excess hair/lint, make up and any other marks or signs of wear
          • If items do not meet these requirements, they will be shipped back to you at your expense
          • Items not discounted more than 30%

          What items are non-refundable? 

           The following items cannot be returned:

          • Gift cards
          • Sale Items & Items discounted 30% or more are considered final sale and ineligible to be returned/refunded

          The item I received is damaged

          If the purchased product is faulty, reach out to us within 7 days of the delivered date at info@weylynapparel.com. Please provide photos of the damaged product in the email. 

          Can the items be exchanged?

          We are happy to provide exchanges, but at this time we do not offer free return shipping labels. The cost of the prepaid return label is based on the weight of the package and the shipping speed selected when generating a label. To exchange an item, complete the return form and send back your item. With your item, include which size you would like to exchange for. If that size is in stock upon receiving your item, the exchange request will be approved and the replaced item will be shipped to you.

          At this time we cannot exchange one style for another or a different color. We can only exchange for a different size of the same item, if the new size is available. If you would like to exchange for a different piece we can issue you a refund so you can purchase another item!

          What are the refund options?

          The following refund options are supported:

          • Refund to the original payment method
          • Refund to store credit (if applicable)

          How do I ship back the items?

          How do I return?

          • Enter your order number and email address to start
          • Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
          • Once your request is approved, you will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines

          How soon will I get my refund?

          Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified via an email. You will also be informed about the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, the refund request will be processed within 5 - 7 working days after approval.
